1. Identify all the energy sources using the map
2. Check to make sure voltage at each source IS present
3. Open all source circuit breakers for the particular need
4. Rack out source circuit breakers
5. Check to make sure voltage at each source IS NOT present
6. Close the ground switch
7. Verify closed ground switch through the switchgear window
8. Lock the key from keyswitch in the lockout key box
